Our story
Good Image was founded in 2013 in Taipei, Taiwan. The founding shareholders include Kbro Media(a subsidiary of Fubon Financial Holdings), Green Film Production, Mr. Wang Chao-Li( chairman of VieShow Cinemas), Mr. Rusen Wu and Ruyu Wu(the third generation owner of the Taiwanese household name Wan Ja Shan Soy Sauce), as well as the brand image consulting company Flubrand International.
The two key figures of Good Image, Nelson Yeh and Gisele Yeh, are a well-known sibling duo in Taiwan’s film industry. Both are professionally trained in performing art, film-making and come from a family deeply rooted in the showbiz industry, with their parents being prominent producers with an outstanding track record in the industry.
Nelson Yeh worked as a voiceover artist for many years before transitioning to directing commercials, television series and feature films, eventually becoming one of the few directors in Taiwan whose films have grossed over 100 million NT dollars. The unsung heroine behind this phenomenon is his younger sister, Gisele Yeh, who, as a screenwriter, fundraiser, and business developer, has used her professional and rigorous negotiation skills to bring these works onto the international stage. As a result, Good Image has become a film production company collaborating with four international streaming platforms: FOX, Netflix, HBO, and Disney+.”
In 2020, the global pandemic broke out, changing the viewing habits of audiences worldwide. In response to the rise of social media and streaming platforms, Good Image decided to transform its business model to strengthen its digital media content capabilities. The company was restructured into four major business units: Development, Investment, Production, and Innovative Media. It also brought in professionals in finance, investment, and digital marketing to join the management team. In 2024, the company received funding from Chengyang International Co., Ltd. and the National Development Fund of the Executive Yuan, preparing for future growth in advance.
Despite being established for just ten years, Good Image has delivered an impressive array of work: three films, five television series, seven made-for-TV movies, and the sale of rights in over 30 countries. With a new brand positioning and operational model, Good Image is committed to leveraging its decade-long experience and expertise in IP development, content production, digital marketing, and talent cultivation to promote high-quality audiovisual works on media platforms that can reach a global audience.
